Swimming skills significantly reduce the risk of drowning. It empowers individuals to navigate water safely, recognize hazards, and respond effectively in emergency situations..

Being able to swim allows individuals to perform water rescues, assist someone in distress, or self-rescue in situations such as accidental falls into water bodies.
Recreational Enjoyment
It enables individuals to enjoy water-based activities such as swimming laps for fitness, snorkeling, diving, surfing, kayaking, paddleboarding, and more.
